The North Texas Dental Society, officially the Texas Dental Association's 4th District, represents dentists throughout nine counties in North Texas: Collin, Cooke, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman, Rains, and Rockwall. As the local component of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association, NTDS provides members with a strong voice and a professional home at the local, state, and national levels.

As a tripartite organization, every NTDS member is also a member of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association, providing access to advocacy, resources, and professional connections across all three organizations.

NTDS offers high-quality, convenient continuing education opportunities, both in person and virtually. Members also benefit from mentorship, networking, and meaningful relationships with colleagues across all stages of practice and specialties.

NTDS reflects the diversity of dentistry in North Texas. Our members include private practitioners, specialists, educators, dentists affiliated with DSOs, and professionals representing a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and practice styles.

NTDS serves as the collective voice of dentistry in North Texas. Through legislative advocacy, we work to protect our profession and our patients while promoting the ethical practice of dentistry.

Members also have opportunities to give back through programs such as Give Kids a Smile and Texas Mission of Mercy, demonstrating dentistry's commitment to improving lives beyond the office.
