 Serve on the committee focused to create a space where dentists can come together to learn, exchange ideas, discuss current challenges in dentistry, and grow — not only as clinicians, but also as leaders, practice owners, and professionals.

  Serve on the committee to help shape meaningful programs for early‑career dentists. Committee members plan topics, coordinate speakers, and create a welcoming environment for peer learning.

  Serve on the committee to help strengthen mentorship opportunities for early‑career dentists within the North Texas Dental Society. Committee members support the development of structured mentor–mentee connections, and help identify experienced practitioners to participate.

 Attend local training and travel to the TDA Meeting in San Antonio to serve in the NTDS delegation to the TDA House of
Delegates. The House of Delegates meets for two days in May.
