NTDS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The mission of the NTDS Mentorship Program is to strengthen the dental community by fostering meaningful connections between experienced dentists and those seeking guidance. Through mentorship, we aim to promote professional growth, lifelong learning, and excellence in patient care while supporting one another in every stage of our dental careers. 

How It Works:

• Mentors: Dentists with 10+ years in practice can register to serve as mentors. Your name will be listed on the NTDS website (your contact information will remain private).
• Mentees: Dentists with fewer than 10 years in practice may contact the NTDS office to request the mentor list. This way, mentors serve as a professional resource that mentees can reach out to directly.
• Note: NTDS will not be pairing mentors and mentees. Instead, mentees will have access to the list of mentors and can reach out as needed.
• Social Events: NTDS will host gatherings throughout the year to help mentors and mentees connect in a relaxed, social setting.

Why Participate?

• For Mentors: Share your knowledge, give back to the profession, and support the next generation of dentists.
• For Mentees: Gain insight, guidance, and support from colleagues who have “been there before.”
• For Everyone: Build lasting professional relationships and strengthen our NTDS community.
