Applicant’s Procedures:

  1. Please complete the application in its entirety, as missing information may cause delays in processing. Include Texas license number and, ADA number (if known).

North Texas Dental Society Procedures:

  1. We will obtain a dues quote, any needed signatures, and finish processing the application.
  2. We will contact you with the dues quote, and obtain payment by
    Check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
  3. Once your application is complete, we will send you a welcome letter and contact you to invite you to attend the next general membership meeting.
  4. We will then forward your application to the Texas Dental Association for completion into the tripartite membership.
